About the Role
We are seeking a SharePoint Workflow and JavaScript developer for the NCDOT’s critical Emergency Storm Site and Hurricane tracking/reporting needs. The developer must have extensive experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites - both on premise SharePoint, like 2016 and 2019, and cloud-hosted SharePoint Online (Government cloud preferred), as well as experience building complex workflows utilizing SharePoint, Nintex, and Microsoft PowerAutomate Flow.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and damage on-premise and cloud-hosted SharePoint Sites for Division of Highways and Department of Transportation emergency/storm scenarios
Create SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Columns, and workflows
Enable the integration of SharePoint and non-SharePoint applications/data sources, so business units can use the tools they need.
Write modern JavaScript (Vue, React, ES6) to be run in SharePoint Sites to enable automation across the Department.
Requirements
Experience in SharePoint On-Premise and Online environments
Thorough knowledge of SharePoint lists, libraries, site columns, and content types
Experience in SharePoint Workflow with Nintex and Microsoft Flow
Experience with modern JavaScript – Vue, React, ES6
Experience with SharePoint Online in the Government Cloud (GCC or GCC-High)
Experience with User Experience, CSS design, and usability
Experience with ArcGIS/ESRI APIs with JavaScript
